Always abounding by John Avanzini

BOOK REPORT

Always abounding by John Avanzini

The five main points

1.give expecting to receive

2. Tithing means 10 % of your first fruits of all your income which means the gross

3. Tithing is for today scripture documentation for New Testament covenant.

4. The promises of God you will receive when you tithe all the promises of God are yes and amen.2 cor.1:20

5. The six steps to proper offering

2 points to be evaluated are:

1. The six steps to proper offering

1. You must have a willing mind…2 cor 8:12
The devil drives people to do an activity but God leads people to do his will.

2. You must think of only good things. In 2 cor 8:12 Paul told the Corinthians to according to what they had not according to what they didn’t have.

3. You must determine the amount of offering you will give cheerfully. 2 Cor 9:7 tells us God loves a cheerful giver, Know that God will not push you to give an amount that you will resent or that will cause you to go into debt.

4. You must refuse to give when man puts pressure on you to give. If you feel that psychological pressure is being applied, to force you to give an amount beyond what God is telling you do what God says not man.

5. You must let God impress you with a specific amount. Colossians 3:15 Let the peace of God reign in your heart. There will be peace and calm when you hear the correctly from God. Phil 4:6,7 But in everything by prayer and supplication and thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. So that the Peace of God which passeth all understanding shall keep your hearts and mind.

6. You must only give when you can believe God can give back to you.

Romans 14:23 what is not faith is sin

Hebrews 11:1 Faith is the substance of things hoped for.

The Second point to be evaluated is:

God wants you to prosper

3 John 2: Beloved I wish above all things that you may prosper and be in Health even as you soul prospers.

This is Above all things.this means there is nothing above this. When we are prospering we are cheerful we are happy and we can be a blessing to others. When we are prospering we can expand the covenant of Abraham to be a blessing to others.
Proverbs 10:22 The blessing of the Lord, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow.
Gods wealth is different it is wealth to be given away.

CONCLUSION

These truths will affect my life because as we have scriptural understanding of the promises and benefits and the cursing that can be brought upon us. This allows our faith to grow because it is based on a substance, and faith is the substance of things hoped for. We can expect God to move upon others to give to us and bless us just as we will be a blessing to others. Luke 6:38 Give and it shall be given to you.good measure pressed down shaken to gather and running over will men give unto your bosom.
