You see there really are Companies where:
"Good people don't Work here".
Half truths, misconceptions, and accusations are an effective way to control and manage people. Keep them at each other's throat (cut throat environment), keep them suspicious, keep them confused, and guarded.
The organizational structure at some companies require that "key" management personnel be skilled in the art of deceit. Deception, manipulation and its associated "skills" can be a highly desired style or "Expertise
"; but If you are not on "their" team it can be very dangerous.
When a weasel factory (snake pit) company finds a NON "YES" man, who can't do or say anything they demand because ethical or personal values; they are then no longer a "good" organizational fit, because loyalty counts for everything. Every one is"a manager" means it's ok to defraud, libel and slander co-workers because every one does it, just lie and deny it and blame it on someone else.
This thesis describes some of the covert management styles that are used in the effort to keep the workers under-control, divided and "quiet"; and its subsequent corrupt influence of the ethical morals in the Dutch Reformed Religion.
Are Companies Run By Crooks?? Of Course!! The type of individual who would "not fit into this organization" is a person who is: moral, ethical or open , honest, and genuine .
What's Good is Bad, What's Bad is Good, Who ever does the Most , does the Worst; Who ever does the Least , does the Best... These are real techniques applied at some companies. The people I worked with in Holland Michigan were "professional" church going liars,thieves & crooks, it was just part of the job description. Ethics or morality were not allowed in the work place.
Where personal loyalty is the most important commodity.
People, reality and or sound business practices take the
"back seat". Or simply put:
"If you are swimming with shark's! You had better make sure
" you are a shark " "or" "you are" going to be lunch !!!
People do the deeds of their Character that dominate their personality or satisfy their comfort. Most of will do what ever is the easiest, change, responsibility, learning can be to difficult, it takes commitment, it takes effort, it can be scary, and there may not be any
" money " in it. So why bother? For many one's "Job" is the most important item in life so in corporate life it becomes necessary to be a go-along-get-along kind-of-guy, following the values of that company.

1. the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Life
2. he is the Spirit of Christ He gives us our life He Glorifies our Lord.. and by the way if you want to know if the person has the Holy/Spirit Don’t ask if they can speak with tongues. (that’s not the sign that they have the Holy Spirit ) ask if they are like Jesus.(what ever he means by that ??) are they like Jesus..!!! (does this mean healing the sick ,casting out devils, prophesying, commanding the storms and and waves , walking on water.
Well we do become like those we spend our time with the most..and those who spend time with their Best Friend the Holy Ghost should become like Jesus. Sense that is who he glorifies..
GETTING TO KNOW YOUR BEST FRIEND.
As we continue in Romans chapter 8
There are 3 references to the Holy Spirit , and he is described in 3 different ways. For example in Romans 8:2 he is \described/ he is called the Spirit of Life..do you see that?
For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death.
Here the Holy Spirit and the word spirit is Canalized in my bible ..he is called the Spirit of life, your best friend is the spirit of life. We have life by the Holy Spirit I don’t mean existence, an un-saved man has existence, he will existence forever but he doesn’t have life. John 10;10 I have come that you my have life, We receive this life by the Holy Spirit, the bible says it is the Sprit that quickens it is the Spirit that gives life.
THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN the people of the world who are religious and Christians is this.
People who are truly saved live by the impartation of life, and the unsaved live by the imitation of life. They just simply imitate the Lord, but a Christian is somebody who has received life, Jesus said in John chapter 3 “we have to be born of the Spirit” when you have life you are born literally from above, which is life , you see you can not have life apart from the Spirit of God you only have existence, and the reason that so many people are religious but lost is that they have never ever received the Pentecostal difference the Holy Spirit of God. That’s the reason the bible says in Romans 8 “if any man does not have the Spirit of Christ he is none of his” you are just dead, spiritually dead, you may have physical life, you may have emotional life, but unless the holy Spirit has come into you ,you are spiritually dead. So your best friend is called the Spirit of Life, you have life , there is no spiritual life apart from the Holy Spirit of God.
Now 2ndly he is called the Spirit of Christ, how what does he do as the Spirit of Christ? As the Spirit of Life he gives us life, as the Spirit of Christ he Glorifies our Lord, he is called the Spirit of Christ. Jesus in you who is the Holy Spirit, is the Sprit of Christ. IA M going to act like Christ .. the Holy Sprit just REPRODUCES Jesus Christ in me, ( there is only one person who has lived the Christian life ..his name is Jesus) and if the Christian life is lived in your house it will be the Spirit of Christ in you.. He is the one who makes Jesus Christ real in you. I mean there is no other way, other than this you would be just a cheap tin imitation of of Jesus.. ( golf as an example)…. how he is called the Spirit of adoption, now what is adoption??. When this was written a adoption was a process in which a man would make a man a son who was someone perhaps he had sired by one of his slaves , an heir to his riches, as a son of a slave that man wouldn’t necessary be an heir, he might take another man’s son just like we do today, and adopt him into his family, this is a legal act where a man gives a son of another man and gives to him legal position, legal advantage , and legal privilege. Now Spiritually we are born into the family of God, legally we are adopted into the family of god. A man could disinherit a natural son, but he could not dis-inherit by law an adopted son. For example the way they reason that is this a natural son may be accidentally conceived, that is we didn’t mean to have a child , and I don’t want to let this child have any part of the inheritance. But when a man adopts a child he knows what he is doing legally and he locks himself in. Now what God is saying here is that we have the Holy Spirit who is the Spirit of our Adoption. Now what does he do he gives us our life, he glorifies our Lord and he gives us our legesey. (life , lord and adoption) Now the Spirit is there to a-test to what happened to you legally. For example there is a new relationship here in verse 15..abba Father the 2 words here ..one is Aramaic our Daddy. There were plenty of people in Abraham day who would call him father Abraham , because he was a patriarch , we call him father Abraham but we don’t call him Abba Abraham just father Abraham, because we know him as the father ruler of the patriarch . But Isaac would call him Abba Abraham, or Abba Father. You see the Holy Spirit of God gives us the relationship where we can call him Abba Father..

you don’t have to know how God runs this universe you can’t understand, the ways of God are so far above you as the heavens are above the earth.. But you can know him, you can know him. You see the Holy Spirit was not given to us so that we might understand him . JOB who has known the mind of the Lord who has been his counselor. But you know God by the Spirit, which shows you this new relationship this intimacy. Not only do you have a new relationship, you have a new assurance , re assurance .
Romans 8;16 The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit that we are the children of God. What does it mean that the Spirit bears witness with our spirit that we are the children of God. ????
Well in Galatians 4;6 the bible says that God has sent forth the Spirit of his son into our hearts crying Abba Father. God sent the spirit of Jesus into our hearts crying Abba Father. What was Jesus favorite name for God ?? it was Father. If the Holy Spirit is in you and the holy Spirit is the Spirit of Christ than the Holy Spirit is saying Abba Father. Now when you are saying Abba Father and he is saying Abba Father then your spirit is agreeing with his spirit. The is what he is saying the Spirit is agreeing with our spirit. This is the way you know you are saved. Our spirits become so mingled that it is one spirit addressing God. Not only do you have a new relationship , a new assurance but a new certainty of your riches for he says in verse17

God has given you legally the position that Jesus has intrinsically. You have been adopted as a son of the Lord Jesus Christ. How blessed this is ..Now a man could dis-heninet a natural son but he could not dis-inherit an adopted son. So your best friend . 1.. he gives our life, because he is the spirit of life, 2 he glorifies our Lord because he is the spirit of Christ, 3 and he guarantees our legacy, because he is the Spirit of adoption. 3. You must determine the amount of offering you will give cheerfully. 2 Cor 9:7 tells us God loves a cheerful giver, Know that God will not push you to give an amount that you will resent or that will cause you to go into debt.
4. You must refuse to give when man puts pressure on you to give. If you feel that psychological pressure is being applied, to force you to give an amount beyond what God is telling you do what God says not man.
5. You must let God impress you with a specific amount. Colossians 3:15 Let the peace of God reign in your heart. There will be peace and calm when you hear the correctly from God. Phil 4:6,7 But in everything by prayer and supplication and thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. So that the Peace of God which passeth all understanding shall keep your hearts and mind.

Gods wealth is different it is wealth to be given away.

These truths will affect my life because as we have scriptural understanding of the promises and benefits and the cursing that can be brought upon us. This allows our faith to grow because it is based on a substance, and faith is the substance of things hoped for. We can expect God to move upon others to give to us and bless us just as we will be a blessing to others. 3. You must determine the amount of offering you will give cheerfully. 2 Cor 9:7 tells us God loves a cheerful giver, Know that God will not push you to give an amount that you will resent or that will cause you to go into debt.
4. You must refuse to give when man puts pressure on you to give. If you feel that psychological pressure is being applied, to force you to give an amount beyond what God is telling you do what God says not man.
5. You must let God impress you with a specific amount. Colossians 3:15 Let the peace of God reign in your heart. There will be peace and calm when you hear the correctly from God. Phil 4:6,7 But in everything by prayer and supplication and thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. So that the Peace of God which passeth all understanding shall keep your hearts and mind.
6. You must only give when you can believe God can give back to you.
Romans 14:23 what is not faith is sin
Hebrews 11:1 Faith is the substance of things hoped for.
The Second point to be evaluated is:
God wants you to prosper
3 John 2: Beloved I wish above all things that you may prosper and be in Health even as you soul prospers.
This is Above all things.this means there is nothing above this. When we are prospering we are cheerful we are happy and we can be a blessing to others. When we are prospering we can expand the covenant of Abraham to be a blessing to others.
Proverbs 10:22 The blessing of the Lord, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow.
Gods wealth is different it is wealth to be given away.
CONCLUSION
These truths will affect my life because as we have scriptural understanding of the promises and benefits and the cursing that can be brought upon us. This allows our faith to grow because it is based on a substance, and faith is the substance of things hoped for. We can expect God to move upon others to give to us and bless us just as we will be a blessing to others. Luke 6:38 Give and it shall be given to you.good measure pressed down shaken to gather and running over will men give unto your bosom.

Elijah was a bolt of fire that God let loose upon wicked Ahab and idolatrous Israel. He flashed across the page of history as sudden and terrible as a flash of lightning. Elijah the Tishbite, who was of the inhabitants of Gilead, is his brief biography by which he was introduced. His name Elijah means “Johovah is my God”. It fit him perfectly. He was the most outstanding of the prophets> His sudden appearance his undaunted courage, his zeal, the heights of his triumph on Mount Carmel, the depths of his despair in the cave, and his glorious rapture into heaven in the whirlwind, and finally his reappearance on the Mount of Transfiguration.
He was a striking character from the highlands of Gilead. His long thick hair hung over a cloak of sheepskin. Jehovah sent him to do away with the awful worship of Baal during the reign of Ahab who had married the wicked heathen princess, Jezebel. Suddenly emerging from the desert and standing before the corrupt king in the splendor of his court, the stern prophet boldly said , As the LORD God of Israel liveth, before whom I stand, there shall not be dew nor rain these years, but according to my word (1 kings 17:1) He was given the covenant power to shut up the heavens so there would be not rain for three and a half years.(actually it was a covenant enforcement that occurred)
Deuteronomy 28:23/24 And thy heaven that is over thy head shall be brass and the earth that is under thee shall be iron.
24 The Lord shall make the rain of thy land powder and dust; from heaven shall it come down upon thee until thou be destroyed.
He called upon the covenant again when he called down fire from heaven before the prophets of Baal at Mount Carmel.
Deuteronomy 28:22 The Lord shall mite thee with a consumption, and with a fever, and with a inflammation, and with an extreme burning..
He was the prophetic evangelist of his day thundering out warnings to this idolatrous people. The events of this great career will be following further historical evaluation.

Ahab fostered this Phoenician variant of the nature-religions of Canaan after his marriage with the Tyrian princess Jezebel (1 kings 16:30-33).
It was Jezebel who was chiefly responsible for the systematic extermination of Yahweh worship and the propagation of Baal cult in Israel.
1. Elijah appears in 1 kings 17;1 announcing the drought to Ahab. He then goes beyond Ahab;s jurisdiction 1st to wadi Cherith, E of Jordan and then to Zarephath modern Sarafend below sidon still with that name and overlooks what remains of this ancient Mediterran sea-port. While at Zarephath he performed a miracle of healing 1 kings 17::17-24.

There are 2 observations that can be made to the character of Eliajah

D) endurance and patience confidence in the covenant
E) holiness of personal life style
F) willingness to endure pressue and unusual living arrangements
He was a man of action and his Spirit determined actions and movements defied human anticipation and reasoning.
His link to us is his constant endeavor to recall people to the religion of Moses both in worshipping Yahweh alone as well as proclaiming Mosaic standard of righteousness int eh community. The fact that God answers Elijah by fire on 2 separate occasions (1kings 18;38,2kings1;10-12 ) seems to look back to the exhibition of God presence and judgment in the fire.

The helpless person is to call for the elders of the church and let them pray over him anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord and the prayer of faith shall save the sick and the Lord shall raise him up..and if he had committed sins they shall be forgiven him..
Here you have an example of Holiness and covenant keepers and covenant enforcers and how calling on the name of the Lord in the fulfillment of that covenant will heal, repentance, forgiveness and restore relationship. Confessing your fault to one another and praying for one another reaffirms the covenant and that we are the body of Christ. There for when we do this we can be healed..
In I Corinthians 11;28-32 deal with the need to let a man examine himself ..and correctly discerning the Lord’s body..because “for this cause many are weak and sickly among you and that you die. For if we would judge ourselves we should not be judged. But when we are judged we are chastened of the Lord, that we should not be condemned with the world.
The judgement is what was continuingly happening with the character of the Israel people under the covenant of God. There for the Judgement of Yahhew would come upon them out of Deuteronomy 28. God will judge our character if we do not judge ourselves.
James 5:16
The effectual fervent prayer of a righteousness man availeth much
James 5:17-18
Elias was a man subject to like passions as we are, and he prayed earnestly that it might not rain; and it rained not on the earth by the space of three years and six months.

Brethren if any of you do err from the truth and one convert him
20: Let him know that he which converteth the sinner from the error of his way shall save a soul from death and shall hide a multitude of sins.
Don’t make the mistake of thinking that since Elijah was a prophet, a great man of God he can do things that you cannot do. James said that Elijah was a man “subject to like passions as we are.” He had the same potential of faults, the same potential for failings. Yet his prayer worked. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man works.
Elijah was yoked with God just as we are Joint-heirs with Jesus Christ. Our Right standing is in and through the Blood covenant, that we might be made the righteousness of God in him (2 cor;5;21) . Heirs of God and joint-heirs with Christ (Romans 8:17)
Every single one of us who are born again believers has the same right standing the same righteousness that Jesus has. We are invited to come boldly to the throne of grace by way of the blood of Jesus.

If we are to have an effective relationship with God we have to understand the Chraacter that is required by God for our fellowship to be maintained. A relationship based on lying is a relationship of vanity deceiving and satisfying the soul, the mind will and emotions. Death is the end result of getting riches by a lying tongue, Romans 6:23 for the wages of sin is death.
21:14 A gift in secret pacifierth anger and a reward in the bosom strong wrath
This says if you want to influence an emotional person give them gifts; give them something else to focus on.
21:17 He that loveth pleasure shall be a poor man. He that loveth wine and oil shall not be rich.
This is two statements:
1. Pleasure seeks to fulfill itself. and
2. 2. The results of being driven by pleasure.
3. The end result is like an alcoholic or any addict when the desire for pleasure is dominate then it costs money and it will enslave you
21:20 There is treasure to be desired and oil in the dwelling of the wise but a foolish man spendth it up.
This is a comparison of being wise “Vs” foolish and the wise is always the winner.
The wise saves up or hoards his treasure and the foolish uses it up.
23:4 Labor not to be rich; cease from thy own wisdom
The love of money is the foundation of this saying, and doing and being motivated by ones own earthly desire is the wisdom it speaks of. It is recommending choosing a different wisdom not one’s own based on our own limited experience
23:5 Will thou set thine eyes upon that which is not, for riches certainly make themselves wings they fly away as an eagle toward heaven.
Money and riches are always hard to catch and when you get close they can still fly away
23:21 For the drunkard and the glutton shall come to poverty and drowsiness shall clothe a man with rags.
The results of fulfilling the lusts of the flesh is that it will consume you it will take your fiances and your life. And if you can’t clear the fog from your mind you will be in the gutter in rags.
23:23 Buy the truth and sell it not, also wisdom and instruction and understanding
When you find the truth it cost you something so now don’t sell it for it is a foundation upon which rests wisdom, every thing else. The world will want to buy your truth and sell you theirs.
25:14 Who so boasteth himself of a false gift is like clouds and wind without rain.
Like any thing else a lie is a lie a deception is a lie and a false gift is a misrepresentation of a blessing. It is the appearance of something but it is an illusion

1 ..being baptized in the Holy Spirit an speak in tongues2. believe that the gifts and power of the Holy Spirit have passed away3. don't believe any one can know the mind of God4. don't believe in healing for the body or that God can heal if he want's to but God probably won't 5 . who believe their denomination is right and every one else is wrong and who don't have the power of God ..don't have the presence of God..6 .don't believe that people can have devils...living in them..or that so called Christians can and do are demon oppressed...7 fasting to energize your prayer life has pretty much passed away...8. most people pray less than one hour a week..on there own.. where as in the bible ..Philippians 4;6..but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let hour requests be made known to God9. The Calvinists are convinced that the power of the Holy Ghost passed away with the alst apostles. And because we have the written word of God we don't need the Holy Spirit.
BECAUSE we have to realize what Jesus commanded his disciples to do andbelieve.. if we don't read the bible with the understanding that Jesus isthe same yesterday..today and forever..we won't do and believe the wayJesus told us to do..
in the parable of the house built on the rock...
